Expected Attendees: ca. 500 academic, conservatory, and public librarians responsible for developing, maintaining, cataloging, and accessing collections of materials relating to music in all areas and formats.

RATES

Hotel Room Rates $226 single/double; $20 each additional person; 12.6% tax; reservation deadline is
   2/17/2010
Exhibit Table $550 (Includes skirted 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and sign). Each table also includes one banquet ticket and free admittance to all open conference sessions.)
Advertising Rates $375 covers (sold out)
$275 full page
$175 half page
Packet Inserts  $300 per insert ($200 discount for registered exhibitors and non-exhibiting MLA Corporate Patrons or MLA Corporate Members.)
